Order Processing

All orders are prepared fresh after they are placed.
Our processing time is within 12 hours, excluding weekends.

Once your order is prepared and dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation along with tracking details.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Pan India.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • West Bengal: 2 business days

  • Kolkata & nearby areas: Next-day delivery

  • Rest of India: Approximately 3 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹99

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹499

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Packaging & Freshness

All sweets are prepared fresh after receiving your order and packed carefully using hygienic, food-safe packaging to maintain freshness during transit.

Since our products are perishable, we ensure they are dispatched as quickly as possible to maintain quality.

Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging our sweets, but in rare cases if your order arrives damaged:

  • Please record a clear video while unpacking the package.

  • The video must show the sealed package and the damage clearly.

  • Share the video proof with our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will process a refund for the damaged product.

Delivery Limitations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, delays caused by courier partners, natural conditions, or incorrect shipping information may affect product freshness. We recommend ensuring accurate delivery details while placing your order.

Cash on Delivery

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid at checkout.
