Refund policy
At Mishtighar, we prepare every sweet fresh after receiving your order and ensure careful packaging to maintain quality during delivery. Since our products are perishable food items, our return and refund policy is slightly different from regular products.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of sweets, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

Record a clear video while opening the package.

The video must show the sealed package before opening and clearly display the issue.

Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with the video proof and your order details.
Once our team verifies the issue, we will provide a refund for the affected product.
Please note that requests without proper unboxing video proof may not be eligible for refunds.
Refunds
After your request is verified and approved:

The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

No unboxing video proof is provided.

The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.

The product quality issue arises due to improper storage after delivery.

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once the order preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible as the sweets are freshly prepared.
